These Terms of Service apply to your use of publicwardrobe.com and purchases from Public Wardrobe ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Info, Returns, and Refunds information.
Shopping with Public Wardrobe
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who can do so. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Products and sizing
Read the selected product's description, options, and available size guidance before ordering. Sizing can differ between styles and suppliers. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. These variations do not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Prices, payment, and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is expressly displayed. Your checkout shows the merchandise total, applicable discounts, shipping, and taxes before payment. Prices and offers may change for future orders.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may need to cancel an order because an item cannot be supplied, a material listing or pricing error is discovered, payment cannot be verified, or there is evidence of fraud. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for canceled items and any applicable charges. We will not charge an increased price for an existing order without your agreement.
Shipping and availability
See Shipping Info for our current U.S. rates and delivery information. Items can ship separately through our fulfillment partners. An item may remain available to order while additional stock is being arranged. If we cannot ship on time, we will explain the delay and provide the cancellation and refund options required by law.
Returns, refunds, and order changes
Our Returns and Refunds pages explain how to request help. Email us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; fulfillment may already have started. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, uploading harmful software, interfering with store operations, or accessing another person's account or information without authorization. We may restrict access used for those purposes, subject to applicable law.
Website content and other services
Our branding and website content are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Public Wardrobe or their respective owners. You may browse and use the site to shop for personal use; copying or commercially exploiting protected content requires the relevant rights holder's permission.
Shopify provides the technology that hosts our store. Other service providers support payments and delivery. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Site availability and your rights
We work to keep information accurate and the store available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us about a problem so we can address it. These terms do not exclude any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning goods that are defective or not as described.
Changes and contact
